There are many ways to get involved. Contact the professional engineering association/ordre in your home province for great ideas and ways to participate, including: Take part in one of the over 500 events organized by the provincial/territorial professional engineering associations/ordre across Canada. Be a judge at an engineering competition for kids, such as a bridge-building contest. Talk to kids at a local school about what a career in engineering is all about. Organize an event at your work. Encourage your firm to sponsor an event. Tell a friend about it! And what’s in it for you? This is your chance to support your profession and teach others about the work you do.
